Our aim is to reach and engage underserved and vulnerable communities so that they can lead healthier flourishing lives.

We work with Public Health, Primary Care Networks, Pharmacies, local enterprises, and other support organisations to roll out bespoke interventions and health promotion activities that tackle health inequalities.

Building trust is key to what we do, and we do this in innovative ways to narrow the gap.
